We are proud to announce the great news that the film β€˜Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives’ is this years Cannes winner.

Uncle Boonmee is produced by Keith Griffiths and Simon Field of UK company Illuminations. Keith Griffiths is the external curriculum advisor at the Lens-Based Digital Media department.

The Palme d’Or (English: Golden Palm) is the highest prize awarded to competing films at the Cannes Film Festival. It was introduced in 1955 by the organising committee.

The Piet Zwart Institute would like to congratulate Keith with his Palm D’Or!
