Born 1942, Morgan Fisher lives and works in Los Angeles. After earning an art history degree at Harvard in 1964, Fisher moved West to study and teach at University of Southern California and University of California Los Angeles. Recent solo exhibitions have been presented at Portikus, Frankfurt (2009), Whitney Museum of American Art, New York (2009) and Tate Modern, London (2009). Fisher is represented by Gallery Daniel Buchholz, Cologne and China Art Objects, Los Angeles.
