Anke Kuipers is an artist based in the Netherlands, currently studying at Piet Zwart Institute.

Kuipers work deals with themes such as identity, globalisation, utopia, tourism, rules, instructions, archiving. She works with spatial situations where she interconnects various art disciplines such as drawing, sculpture, installation, photograph, performances and sound, often allowing the space of the exhibition to become an important part of the work. Her interest lies in travelling and exploring cultures. She gets her inspiration from a wide range of sources, from philosophers and architects to materials and objects.
